摘    要:分析了疲劳损伤理论在疲劳寿命预测中的应用,并基于该疲劳损伤理论对微型车驱动桥壳进行仿真计算。考虑了桥壳焊缝部位对桥壳整体的影响,针对焊缝进行建模,并且对其赋予BS7608—1993标准中与其结构、受力对应的S—N曲线。通过台架试验验证了仿真计算结果的准确性,基于有限元技术的疲劳寿命预测方法能较准确地预测结构的疲劳寿命,对产品的设计和开发有一定的指导意义。

Fatigue Life Prediction of Mini -vehicle Driving Axle Housing

Abstract:Fatigue damage theory was applied to the prediction of fatigue life. The simulation calculation of micro - vehicle drive axle was carried out. With the weld effect considered, the S - N curves of the standard BS7608 : 1993 was assigned corre- sponding to its structure and force. The accuracy of simulation results was verified by bench test. Based on finite element technol- ogy, fatigue life of the structure can be predicted accurately, it has certain implications for product design and development.
