| 摘 要： | 住宅产业化是未来住宅建设的必然趋势,保障房的建设是推进住宅产业化发展的有效平台,产业化显著的建造优势为保障房政策的实施提供了有效保障。文章采用经济学外部性分析和系统论等方法对保障房与住宅产业化两者之间的关联性进行了分析,提出了做好产品定位、组建虚拟产业集团和完善政策配套的互促发展对策的建议;并结合保障房建设项目实例,阐述了住宅产业化及与其结合的互促效应。
