一款新型密封垫的性能测试

摘    要:介绍了日本积水化学生产的新型密封垫材料Exseal的密封性能,并研究了当Exseal泡棉作用在车灯与钣金的密封时,不同环境温度对密封垫Exseal密封性能的影响,同时按大众气密试验标准TL956规定的测试方法对Exseal密封垫的密封性能进行验证。结果表明:与供货状态相比,高温条件和低温条件下的密封垫的反弹力会增大;高温状态下密封垫的黏性力表现优于低温状态下的表现;通过防水总成实验证明了高温状态下Exseal密封垫的可防水气压大于常温及低温状态。

Abstract:The performance of a new type of sealing material was described which was made by Japan's Sekisui Chemical Company. The influence of temperature on the sealing performance when it worked between lamp and sheet material was investigated. In order to further verify the relationship between different temperature and sealing performance,the test was done according to TL956 which belonged to Volkswagens. The results show that:as compared with room temperature,the repulsive force of Exseal sealing increased under high and low temperature;the performance of adhesion under high temperature is better than that of low temperature;compared Exseal under room temperature and low tem-perature,the pressure of waterproof is greater under the condition of high temperature.
