高压旋喷桩在隧道围岩加固中的应用

摘    要:采用高压旋喷桩施工工艺对隧道围岩进行加固处理,结果表明:该工艺有效解决了复杂地质条件下施工的难题,且具有强度高、加固质量均匀、加固体形态可控、经济实用以及基本无环境污染等优点;同时该方法成桩结构形式灵活多样,施工无振动,无噪声,施工空间要求不高,工程造价较低等众多优点。

Application of High Pressure Jet Grouting Pile in the Tunnel Surrounding Rock Reinforcement

Abstract:The construction technology of high pressure j et grouting pile was applied to reinforce the surrounding rock of the tunnel.The results shows that this process effectively solves the difficult problem of construction under complicated geological conditions,and it has high strength,uniform quality,reinforcing solid form controllable,eco-nomical and practical and no environmental pollution,at the same time this method has the advantages of flexible pile structure form,no vibration,no noise,the construction space requirements is not high and lower cost of the proj ect.
