摘    要:由于优异的物理力学性能和可设计性,复合材料在雷达天线罩中得到了广泛应用。文中基于Laminate Tools软件对某机载雷达天线罩的复合材料结构进行了有限元建模、力学仿真及可视化检查,并结合初步分析结果对结构进行了减重优化,探讨了复合材料结构设计、分析、制造一体化的可行性。结果表明,结合通用软件Patran/Nastran,可方便地实现复合材料铺层、三维和褶皱显示、力学计算、失效分析及展平图输出等一系列功能,为复合材料的一体化设计提供了流程参考。

Abstract:Due to the excellent physical and mechanical properties and designability, composites have been widely used in the radar radome. In order to study the integration feasibility of structure design, analysis and manufacturing for composites, in this paper the finite element modeling, mechanical simulation and visualization check of the composite structure of an airborne radar radome are carried out by virtue of the software Laminate Tools. The structure is optimized to reduce the weight based on the initial results. The results show that combining with the common software Patran / Nastran, a series of functions can be realized such as the layup of composites, 3D and wrinkles display, mechanical calculation, failure analysis and output of layer figures, etc. It provides a reference flow for integration design of the composite material.
