基于遗传算法的多目标双行车间布局改善方法

摘    要:在原有布局的基础之上,对双行布局车间进行布局改善。建模过程中,以物料搬运成本、改善过程中产生的设备移动成本,以及基于生产节拍的效率成本作为目标,同时考虑到了车间中的通道和各设备的搬运出入点,应用遗传算法进行求解,并进行了适应度函数的尺度变换以避免早熟。通过实例演示了该布局方法的操作过程及有效性。

Abstract:The double-row facility layout was optimized on the basis of the original layout of the plant.The objects of the optimization problem contained the costs of material handling,facility re-location and the efficiency based on the Tact Time.The aisle and the pick-up and drop-off locations were considered in the modeling process.The genetic algorithm was applied in the optimization and the scaling of the fitness function was transformed in avoiding the premature convergence.A real production instance was calculated by this facility layout method and the efficiency of the method was proved.
