我国低碳钢热轧圆盘条技术水平分析

概述我国低碳钢热轧圆盘条生产发展现状 ,对比中、日、韩 3国低碳钢热轧圆盘条技术标准 ,指出国内产品实物质量某些方面的不足 ,对盘条的表面质量、力学性能和工艺性能进行分析 ,提出几个值得关注的问题 ,即低碳钢线材的应变时效及棉花打包用镀锌钢丝、冷轧带肋钢筋、钢纤维专用盘条的研发问题。对GB T 70 1— 1997低碳钢热轧圆盘条标准进行探讨。指出盘条表面浮锈形成原因及消除方法。

Analyses of the Technical Level of Low-carbon Hot-rolled Round Wire Rod at Home

To briefly relate the present situation of production and development of low carbon hot rolled round wire rod at home.The technical standards of low carbon hot rolled round wire rod in China,Japan and Korea are compared.Some inadequacy of quality in kind of domestic product in certain aspects are pointed out.The surface quality,mechanical and technological properties of wire rod are analyzed.Several problems needing attention to are put forward,which are strain aging of low carbon steel wire rod and development of special purpose wire rod for galvanized steel wire for cotton baling,cold rolled ribbed reinforced bar and steel fibre.Standard GB/T?701-1997 Low carbon Hot rolled Round Wire Rod is approached.The reasons of rust forming on the surface of wire rod and rust removing method are indicated.
