大功率带式输送机软启动系统的探讨

摘    要:选取CST可控软启动和变频控制2种在大功率带式输送机上应用的软启动进行分析,重点对带式输送机传动变频控制方法在中、高压领域的应用进行了详细讨论。在带式输送机传动中使用HV-IGBT,对感应电机传动采用矢量控制或直接转矩控制策略,显示出极好的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper analyses a use of soft starting system for large power belt conveyor,such as controllable start system(CST) and converter system.Using vector control technology,direct torque technology and HV-IGBT in belt conveyor drive is good.
