Food industry is a key constituent in national economy.In the past 20 years,the production yield and the diversity of major food products have increased dramatically.The national institute,China Food Industry Association,is responsible for many contributions and efforts during this period.Facing with new challenges brought about by WTO entry,the association's future goals have been set up to make it operate in full mode.
