| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了振打装置的不合理运行对除尘系统的危害，提出了制定振打装置最佳运行制度的基本原则，阐述了振打周期对除尘效率的影响及振打加速度的大小与极板上粉尘脱落率的关系。通过维护及检修使振打系统处于最佳工作状态。

| Abstract: | Unreasonable running of vibration device can have harm on electro filter. For its optimum running, the paper points out the basic principles for operation rules and explains the effect of vibration period on dust removal efficiency and the relation between vibration acceleration and plate dust falling rate. The whole vibration system can be in best state with maintenance and repair. |
