邻苯基苯酚催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以分子筛、活性炭和γ-Al2O3为载体,通过离子交换方法或浸渍法制备了载Pd、Zn、Ni的催化剂,对环己烯环己酮进行脱氢制备邻苯基苯酚(OPP),对脱氢活性进行了比较,探讨了影响催化活性的因素,结果表明:催化剂表面积的变化及表面金属的晶粒变化影响催化剂的失活,高硅铝比分子筛的Pd-ZSM-5催化剂具有较好的脱氢活性和较好的稳定性,脱氢能力达90%以上。

Abstract:Pd、Ni、Zn-supported ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by ion-exchange technique, and Pd supported activated carbon and γ-Al_2O_3 were made by impregnation method. The properties of the catalysts for producing o-phenylphenol by dehydrogenation of cyclohexenyl cyclohexanone were compared. The results showed that the changes of specific surface area and Pd crystal size led to the deactivation of the catalysts. The Pd-ZSM-5 catalyst with a higher Si/Al ratio show good activity and stability for the reaction, and its dehydrogenation activity is above 90%.
