| Abstract: | This paper reviews the current status of researches on the selection of the reinforcing phase of the particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites with the emphasis on several fabricating processes and their features and the mechanical and physical properties of the particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites manufactured by the above mentioned fabricating processes, some applications of the particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites in some fields are introduced. |
