(Ni-P)-纳米Al2O3-PTFE化学复合镀层的性能研究

摘    要:在化学镀Ni-P合金镀液中添加纳米Al2O3及PTFE获得(Ni-P)-Al2O3-PTFE复合镀层.研究了纳米Al2O3及PTFE对镀层硬度、磨损及减摩性能的影响.结果表明:纳米Al2O3及PTFE的加入能提高Ni-P合金镀层的硬度、耐磨及减摩性.

Abstract:Electroless (Ni-P)-nano-Al 2O 3-PTFE composite coatings are prepared by adding nano-Al 2O 3 and PTFE to electroless Ni-P alloy baths. The effects of nano-Al 2O 3 and PTFE on deposition rate, hardness, wear resistance and anti-frication of obtained coatings are studied. The results indicate that electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings are greatly improved in deposition rate, hardness, wear resistance and antifriction by co-depositing a proper amount of nano-Al 2O 3 and PTFE.
