摘    要:轴承套圈的磨削裂纹历来是轴承生产厂家感到最棘手的问题。本文结合多个工作实例,阐述了磨削裂纹的形成机理,并从轴承材料和热处理的角度,分析了这两方面对磨削裂纹的影响,提出和采取纠正及预防性措施,有效地控制了轴承套圈磨削裂纹的产生。

Abstract:Grcinding cracking of bearing rings is alnays the knottiest problem to the bearing manufacturers.On the basis of our examples,this prper has expounded the mechanism of grinding cracking,analyged effecf of material and heat treating of the bearing on grinding cracking and indicated precautionary measures.The grinding cracking of the bearing rings has thus been efficiently overcome.
