| 摘 要： | 保障房是政府建设社会保障系统的重要组成部分，按照限定的面积和销售价格向城镇低收入家庭提供住房保障，具有政策保障性质，降低成本是其管理的重要方向。本文结合管理研究经验，以实际案例为依托，研究保障房建设工程成本的管理方案，为相关的研究提供参考性的建议。
