潮汐河口特大跨度水闸抗震标准及设防措施

摘    要:以上海市苏州河河口水闸为例,根据工程所在区域的地震资料、潮汐河口水位特性、地震与高潮组合超越概率分析、相关法规要求、工程规模与重要性,并结合周边既有建筑物设防标准,确定了潮汐河口特大跨度水闸合理的抗震设防标准,并从结构方案、总体布置、基础处理、节点设计等方面提出了抗震设防措施。水闸试运行结果表明,该抗震设防标准和措施科学、可行。

Abstract:Taking the sluice on Suzhou Creek estuary in Shanghai City for an example, the reasonable seismic resistance standard of extra large-span sluice in tidal estuary is discussed in terms of earthquake data, characteristics of water level at tidal estuary, combined transcendental probability of seismic and high tide, project scale and importance, relevant laws and regulations, and the resistance standard of around other building. And then, the measures are presented from the aspects of structure scheme, general arrangement, foundation treatment and nodes design. The results of sluice operation show that the seismic resistance standard and measures are scientific and feasible.
