| 摘 要： | 介绍如何结合运用Weibull分布函数来选取陶瓷金属化配方的方法,从本文的试验结果可知,对陶瓷金属化配方的选取应该结合平均封接强度和Weibull模数两个指标进行选取。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduce how to use Weibull distribution function to decide the formula of ceramic metallization.The experimental results show that the formula of metallization should be decided by average sealing strength and Weibull modulus. |
