摘    要:介绍新研制的一台拟用于卫星搭载、生物舱细胞培养、使用温度范围为-20~80℃的小型中温恒温箱,其外箱尺寸为40cm×40cm×40cm,控温精度为37±0.5℃。为实现小空间的高效率与高精度的恒温效果,采用半导体制冷器件为系统提供冷、热量。此外,还对半导体制冷器件的性能影响因素进行分析,并详述了其安装过程。

Abstract:Introduces a miniature mesothermal thermo tank which is designed for a cell culture system in a biocabin carried by a recoverable satellite, the using temperature of the thermo tank ranges from -20℃ to 80℃, the exterior size of the box is 40 cm, 40cm, 40cm, the temperature fluctuation in the box is controlled under 37 ±0.5℃. To obtain an efficiently constant temperature in a small space, adopts an portable and small semiconductor refrigeration system which is easy to control. Furthermore, makes an experimental investigation on the semiconductor refrigeration to analyze the parameters that affect the performance, which provides basal gist for the research of the system.
