基于石墨导热介质的新型LED路灯散热系统

摘    要:随着(大功率)LED技术的快速发展,大功率LED道路照明灯具的散热设计成为一个重要的产品评价指标,引起各公司广泛注意。本文首先分析石墨的导热性能,提出一种基于石墨导热介质的新型LED路灯散热系统,利用热分析软件Flotherm7.1进行仿真分析,然后对采用石墨导热介质的LED路灯和采用硅胶导热垫的LED路灯进行温度比较测试,计算机模拟仿真和实验测试均验证了石墨作为导热介质的优越性。本基于石墨导热介质的新型LED路灯已获国家专利(专利号:200920297203.6)。
