VLSI仿真下的单机无穷大电力系统暂态稳定分析

摘    要:鉴于电力系统仿真的重要性,首先介绍了使用模拟VLSI进行电力系统暂态稳定仿真在国内外的研究状况及优点。其次通过一系列的公式推导,将E′恒定的单机无穷大电力系统映射到线路板上,并在Psp ice下进行建模。最后分别在不考虑阻尼和考虑阻尼情况下进行仿真。Psp ice仿真工具下与其他仿真工具所得结果基本一致,但有一定误差,该文分析了误差存在的原因和解决方法。Psp ice仿真速度是ns级的,大大提高了仿真速度。

Abstract:Considering the importance of the simulation of the power system,firstly,this paper presents the researches and advantages of using analogue VLSI to solve the transient stability of the power system.Then,a single-machine infinite-bus power system(invariable) is mapped to the chip of the analogue VLSI through a series of the formulas and the model is created at Pspice.At last,it is simulated both with and without damp.The result is basically the same as the result of Matlab.The reason of the inaccuracy is analysed and the method to solve the problem is mentioned.The simulation time of Pspice is several ns,so the simulation time is largely increased.
