| Abstract: | According to the implementation of energy efficiency standards of buildings and statistics,the present situation such as energy efficienct retrofit for existing residential buildings was analyzed,as well as the energy consumption and policy situation in Shenyang.Some problems were pointed out,and some suggestions on how to improve them were proposed. |
