| 摘 要： | 目的:RP-HPLC法测定升血小板胶囊中靛玉红的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:甲醇+水(75+25),检测波长为544nm;流速为1.0mL/min。结果:靛玉红线性范围0.0214~0.107μg,平均回收率为96.7%,RSD=2.6%(n=5)结论:方法简便,结果准确。能有效控制升血小板胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of Indirubin by RP-HPLC in Sheng xue xiao ban Capsule.Methods: The determination was carried out with Symmetry C-18column.The mobile phase.consisted of CH3OH+H2O(75+25). The flow rate was 1mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 544nm.Results:The content of Indirubin can be determined by RP-HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 0.0214～0.107μg.The average recoveries were 96.7% respectively.Conclution: The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Sheng xue xiao ban Capsule. |
