A tentative study of university teachers' moral quality

A university teacher's moral quality has a great impact on the moral education of the student. The present paper gives an analysis of the latest developments in university teachers' moral quality. It proposes that the reinforcement of university teacher's moral quality should be geared with stimulating the internal drive in university teachers' moral aspect and based on market-economy oriented interest. The paper emphasizes: 1. University teachers' moral reinforcement system is established to ensure that teachers have self-consciousness to fulfill their duties;2.
