摘    要:以聚酯多元醇(ODX-218)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、乙二胺(EDA)和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,制备出稳定的水性阴离子型聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂。通过测定不同反应阶段剩余的异氰酸根含量,确定了合理的反应条件:反应时间3.5h、催化剂用量占单体总量的0.05%和反应温度80℃等,讨论了不同IPDI用量、DMPA用量对产品的离心稳定性、涂膜吸水率等性能的影响。

Abstract:An anion aqueous polyurethane emulsion for leather finishing was synthesized with ODX-218, IPDI, EDA, and DMPA as main raw materials. By determining the content of -NCO in different reaction stages, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows; the reaction time was 3. 5 hours, the amount of catalyzer was 0. 05% of the total monomer amount in weight, and the reaction temperature was 80 'C. The influences of different dosages of IPDI and DMPA on the centrifugal stability of the finishing agents and the water absorption of the films were discussed in this paper.
