| 摘 要： | 随着工农业的发展,水库防洪与兴利矛盾日益突出。本文探讨了在确保大坝安全的前提下,如何充分利用太河流域的水资源,优选汛限水位,使防洪与兴利达到最佳结合。本文对漫坝风险分析的基本理论、模型和计算方法也做了简单介绍。

| Abstract: | The contradiction between flood control and profit is getting increasingly serious as industry and agriculture develop.This paper discusses the selection of flood limiting water level which makes optimum combination of flood control and profit by tak-ing full advantage of water resource of Taihe basin.The primary principle,model and calculation method of risk analysis of dam overtopping are briefly introduced. |
