无底柱小分段崩落法在云南澜沧铅矿的应用

摘    要:云南澜沧铅矿老厂矿山由地表转入井下生产后,先后试验了多种采矿方法,但由于矿体赋存条件较为复杂,围岩松软破碎,均未取得预期效果。在2002年,矿山提出了无底柱小分段崩落采矿法,经过对多个采场的试验应刚,在回采过程中不断调整矿块构成要素、采切工程、凿岩爆破参数,取得了较好的回采效果,这一方法经调整和优化后,为我公司小而分散的矿体同采提供了一种比较有效的采矿途径,对形态复杂,厚度多变的矿体有很好的适应性.

Abstract:After the production from the surface into the underground in old mine of Yunnan Laneang lead mine, variety of mining methods are tested, however, for complex conditions of ore occurrence and soft rock crushing, the expected results are not meeted. In 2002, the non-sill pillar little segment caving method is proposed, through appliction of diffent mines , the constituent elements of ore bloeks, cut mining engineering and rock blasting parameters are adjusted time by time in stoping process, at last, the desired stoping effect is obtained. This adjusted and optimized method can provide effective mining method for scattered ore stoping, which has a good adaptability for complex pattern mining and changing thickness of ore.
