面向装配的变型设计技术及应用研究

摘    要:产品变型设计的基本思想是通过改变已有的系列产品或设计实例来适应新的设计需要。针对变型设计的基本特点,结合工程CAD中的模板技术,提出了面向装配的变型设计方法。通过对电机定转子冲压模具结构特征深入研究,获得产品结构设计知识,开发了电机定转子冲压模具三维参数化CAD系统的原型,实现了面向装配的参数化设计,验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:The basic principle of variant design is through changing the old series product or design to fit in with the needs of new design. Combining the basic characteristic of variant design with mold plate technology in engineering CAD, the method of variant design based on assembly-oriented is put forward. The design information of product structure was obtained by detail study the structural feature of stamping mould of motor stator. A three-dimensional parametric CAD system about stamping mould of motor stator was developed. The parametric design based on assembly-oriented was realized, and its feasibility was verified.
