Application of dry seal gas holder of roller shutter type in gas recovery system

After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of gasholders,SINOPEC Cangzhou Branch adopted the roller shutter dry seal gasholder to recover and store gas.The gasholder was pressurized by the connection of a side plate with a piston through a kind of flexible rubber sealing material.The structure,design parameters and working principle were introduced,with the function of the gas auto-setting pipe introduced in detail.The hidden problems in the gasholder were analyzed and some proper measures were put forward.At last rectification measures were brought forward to resolve the problems existing in the production process.
