煤巷复合层顶板长短锚杆联合支护技术研究

摘    要:针对普通等长锚杆在煤巷复合层顶板应用中的缺陷进行了长短锚杆联合支护技术的研究。基于山西汾西矿区中兴矿材料巷道设计七种联合支护方案,采用FLAC3D数值分析软件模拟不同工况下巷道支护。得到了在巷道顶板中部布设长锚杆受拉能有效控制表面位移、改善围岩应力分布,外侧布设短锚杆承受剪力能阻止层间滑动,节省支护成本的结果。结果与原工况的对比证明了长短锚杆在复合层顶板支护中能满足预期的要求,且采用DCC组合时支护效果与原工况最接近的结论。对长短锚杆的作用机理的推测为联合支护的应用提供了参考。

Abstract:This study focuses on the combination of bolting with different scale to solve the disadvantages in composite layer of roadway roof. FLAC3D has been applied to analyzing the research which including seven combinations. The results show the long bolting can control displacement and stress distribution, and the short bolting can prevent from sliding. The new method can meet the expected requirement to compare with the old, and DCC is closest to the original results. The mechanism of bolt with different length has been speculated. This paper is of great significance in application of the bolting in the future.
