摘    要:本文涉及国内电力系统专用通信网之一的电力调度交换网核心技术的演进,讨论软交换等IP化网络技术在电力调度交换网中的应用。本文通过对国家电网公司各级电力调度单位的调研分析,提出了目前电力调度交换网面临的问题;结合电力调度交换网实际情况,进行了技术体制论证分析;根据调度交换网实际需求,研究并提出了基于软交换技术的电力调度交换网总体演进方案设想。

Abstract:This paper refer to the evolution technology of Dispatching exchange network of SGCC, which is one of the specialized communication networks of electric power system in China, the application of IP network technology such as soft switch in Dispatching exchange network is discussed. Through the investigation and study of the electric power dispatching companies at all levels of SGCC, this paper proposed the current problems of the dispatching exchange network; according to the actual situation of the dispatching exchange network, this paper do the analysis to the technical systems for evolution of dispatching exchange network; according to the actual demand of dispatching exchange network, the overall evolution scheme of the electric power dispatching exchange network based on soft switch technology is studied and proposed.
