内部市场化视角下神东救护消防大队运营模式创新研究

企业内部市场化作为一种新型的经营管理模式，通过引入外部市场机制，充分调动各部门及员工的积极性，提高企业运营效率。文章在神东救护消防大队运营现状分析的基础上，提出从市场主体、价格体系、结算体系等方构建适用于神东救护消防大队内部市场化运营机制，并对该模式下的运营效益进行了分析，研究表明：内部市场化模式可有效改变神东救护消防大队的运营现状和困境，提高运营效率，具有良好的市场发展前景。

Research on the innovation of shendong rescue fire brigade operation model from the internal marketization perspective

As a new management mode, Enterprise inner-marketization improves the efficiency of business operations through the introduction of external market mechanism and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various departments and staff. This article proposed an inner-marketization operation mechanism which is constructed from several aspects such as the market orientation, the pricing system, and the settlement system based on the operational status analysis of Shendong Rescue Fire Brigade. Through the analysis of the operation benefit under this inner-marketization operation model, this paper found out that this mode can effectively change the operating status and the dilemma, and improve operational efficiency of Shendong Rescue Fire Brigade, and has good market development prospects.
