| 摘 要： | 针对某锅炉水冷壁管内壁有针状腐蚀坑,不宜采用盐酸作为清洗剂的情况,对硫酸、柠檬酸、氨基磺酸、乙酸 甲酸、羟基乙酸 甲酸5种清洗剂进行试验对比,通过分析选择了羟基乙酸与甲酸的混酸化学清洗荆,通过对清洗过程的合理控制,有效完成锅炉的化学清洗.

| Abstract: | Because there are needle-like corrosion pits in the inner wall of boiler waterwall,the hydrochloric acid is not suitable to be cleaning agent.Through comparing with vitriol,citric acid,amido aulphur acid,acetic formic acid,hydroxyls acid and formic acid,the hydroxyls acid and formic acid cleaning technics are chosen.Chemical cleaning of boiler is finished with reasonable control of cleaning process. |
