| 摘 要： | 通过草莓在湿冷系统和普通机械冷库中的预冷试验，测定了草莓在这两种预冷装置中的冷却速率。实验显示，湿冷系统预冷温度、湿度波动小，冷却速率高，较普通机械冷库更适合于草毒的预冷作业。

| Abstract: | Comparisons were made between precooling of strawberries in a humidicooling system and a conventional mechanical cold store.Experiments were conducted to calculate the cooling rate of the two methods,which showed that the humidicooling system was much more adapted for strawberry precooling than the convennonal mechanical cold store for its high cooling rate and low fluctation of temperature and relative humdity |
