GS-11催化剂用于乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯工艺条件研究

摘    要:考察了Gs—11催化剂用于乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯工艺条件对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,在乙苯空速1.0~1.4h-1,反应温度610~620℃,水蒸气与原料乙苯质量比1.6.2.0条件下,乙苯转化率达74%以上,苯乙烯选择性达94%以上;原料组成中加入0.5%的苯或2.0%的甲苯对催化性能无影响,原料组成中加入2.0%苯乙烯使乙苯转化率下降1.27%。提高反应温度有利于缩短GS-11催化剂的诱导期。

Abstract:The development of microwave assisted atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) used in bulk polymerization, solution polymerization and the synthesis of functional polymers were reviewed. The im pacts of microwave radiation in ATRP on conversion, apparent constant, molecular weight and distribution, polymer structure and performance were examined . It was pointed out that the microwave could greatly de crease the polymerization time and energy consumption, Suggestions on the application of microwave heating in ATRP were also given.
