坚持“开放式自主创新” 做强做大装备制造业

我国装备制造业经过50多年的技术引进和自主创新．技术水平虽有大幅度提高，但对技术消化吸收不够，大部分技术仍主要依赖从国外引进，形成了引进一落后一再引进一再落后、反复引进的局面。我国要成为世界装备制造强国，必须改变目前局面，坚持“开放式”的自主创新，在充分利用国外先进技术和管理经验的基础上，不断加大研究开发和引进技术消化吸收的投入，提高技术创新能力，从以引进消化型为主转到自主创新型。同时，必须做好引进技术的消化吸收。加强产业原创性、共性技术的研发，加快企业成为自主创新的主体．大力提倡集成创新。

Stick to 'Open Self Innovation' Strengthen and Expand the Equipment Manufacturing

Through 50 yesrs of absorbing foreign technithes and self innovation, the equipment industry of China have been better and better. At the same time, some main core technology are still abosrobed from foreigh countries , and developed a circle of ？falling behind-absorbing technithes-falling behind again-absorbing technithes again.To be a strong country in equipment industry, we must stick to ＂open self innovation＇, and put on more people,more money in research on how to change the foreign core technicbes into our own self innovation ability.
