燃水煤浆飞灰的电除尘特性分析

摘    要:为了提供水煤浆燃后烟气电除尘净化的设计依据,评述了水煤浆的燃烧方式及特点;对普通水煤浆飞灰的形态、化学成分、粒度分布、比电阻及驱进速度等电除尘特性做了定性和定量分析,并与燃煤飞灰的分析结果做了对比,结果表明,水煤浆飞灰不是高比电阻粉尘;燃水煤浆飞灰粒度分布、比电阻、驱进速度等电除尘特性优于燃煤飞灰。

Abstract:In order to provide bases of designing electrostatic precipitator for cleaning flue gas of coal water slurry (CWS) combustion, characteristic of CWS combustion is reviewed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were used to study the characteristic of fly ash, such as morphology, chemical composition, particle size distribution, and specific resistance. And the analysis result was compared with that of the fly ash from combustion of pulverized coal. the result shows that the fly ash from CWS combustion is not a dust with high specific resistance, and the characteristic of particle size distribution, specific resistance from coal-water slurry combustion is superior to that from pulverized coal combustion in relation to electrostatic precipitation.
