纳米复合粉体对外墙涂料的改性研究

摘    要:采用Uv-Vis研究比较了金红石型纳米TiO2以及金红石型纳米TiO2+SiO2复合粉体的紫外.可见光学特性。结果表明金红石型纳米TiO2+SiO2复合粉体比金红石型TiO2单一纳米粉体具有更加优异的紫外线吸收性能;并分别制备了含有0.5%,1%,2%TiO2+SiO2复合粉体和没有纳米粉体改性的外墙涂料,通过人工紫外加速老化实验和其他性能测试发现:相比原始外墙涂料,改性外墙涂料的抗紫外光老化性能和其他性能都得到大幅提高,其中含1%TiO2+SiO2复合粉体的外墙涂料性能提高最为明显。

Abstract:UV-Vis spectrum of nano rutile TiO_2 and the composite of nano rutile TiO_2 +SiO_2 were studied.The results show that the composite of TiO_2+SiO_2 has better performance of ultraviolet absorption than the nano rutile TiO_2 only.The exterior wall paint with the composite of nano rutile TiO_2+SiO_2 with different contents was prepared,and the ultraviolet ray resistance and other performance measurements for the exterior wall paints indicate that the exterior wall paints with the composite of TiO_2+SiO_2 has better ultraviolet ray resistance and other performance,especially for the exterior wall paints with 1% composite of nano rutile TiO_2+SiO_2.
