轮胎胎圈压力仿真方法研究

摘    要:通过轮胎胎圈压力试验机模拟分析胎圈结构设计的合理性,节省试验时间和成本。在了解此试验机原理的基础上,通过有限元仿真的方法计算得到与试验结果相同或者近似的胎圈压力曲线。通过对185/65R15规格半钢子午线轮胎一系列的方案设计以及仿真分析,找到了正确进行胎圈压力仿真的方法,误差达到25%以下;考虑到制造过程存在波动,这一误差在可接受范围之内,证明仿真方法切实可行,能够很好地模拟胎圈压力试验。

Abstract:The German Hoffman bead compression testing machine helps engineers to obtain insights into how well the bead fits the rim. To reduce experimenting time and costs, simulating bead compression force vs. rim expansion distance by finite element (FE) method is attempted in this study. Through exploring a number of FE models which are designed and considered to be able to simulate bead compression behavior of 185/65R15, an optimal approach can be found and its relative estimation error comparing to testing results is below 25%. The effectiveness of FE modeling of bead compression is demonstrated and the predicted bead compression force is acceptable.
