摘    要:采用 4种氧化处理液对国产超高相对分子质量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)纤维进行表面处理 ,利用FTIR表征纤维化学成分的变化 ,采用SEM、接触角、单丝拔出实验表征纤维表面性能的改变 ,单丝强力表征处理方法对纤维强度的影响。结果表明 :85℃的铬酸处理液能够很好地改善纤维的表面性能。

Abstract:The surface treatment of ultra-high relative molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers was conducted by using four kinds of treating solution. The change of chemical composition of the fibers was characterized by FTIR. The change of surface properties was characterized by SEM,contact angle test and single fiber pull-out test. And single fiber strength was used to characterize the effect of treating method on fiber strength. The results showed that the surface properties of the fibers can be improved greatly in presence of chrome acid at 85℃.
