Interdigitated coplanar directional couplers |

| Abstract: | A new coplanar coupler is presented which is suitable both for hybrid and monolithic i.c. applications. Design charts deduced from a theoretical analysis are given and experirmental results concerning X- and J-band quadrature hybrids manufactured on alumina substrates are presented and discussed. |
