半精梳纯棉MVS针织纱的生产实践及成纱质量分析

摘    要:文章探讨了半精梳纯棉喷气涡流纺针织纱的生产技术要点,包括原料选配、工艺参数以及在生产实践中采取的技术措施,并与同配棉的同号数环锭纺半精梳纯棉纱的成纱强度、捻度、条干、毛羽等成纱质量作了测试和分析.结果表明:喷气涡流纱捻度大、毛羽少,粗节和棉结较少,但成纱强力较低、条干较差,总体质量性能优于环锭半精梳纱.

Abstract:Production technical points of semi-combed cotton MVS knitting yarn were discussed from the aspects of selection of material, technological parameters and technical measures adopted in production practice. The quality were compared with semi-combed cotton spun yarn. The data of yarn strength, twist evenness and hairiness were tested and analysed. The results show that the MVS yarn, with more twist, fewer hairiness, thickplace and nep, its overall quality and property are better that those of semi-combed spun yarn,but the yarn strength and evernness are poorer.
