壳聚糖与PVA共混膜成形工艺探究

摘    要:文章通过单因素法,探讨壳聚糖与PVA共混膜成形工艺中共混比、凝固浴的浓度和组成、凝固时间和凝固温度对其强力的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺因素为:壳聚糖质量比为45%~55%;凝固浴中NaOH的浓度为5%,其溶液与无水乙醇体积比为7∶3;凝固温度为50℃左右;凝固时间为60 s左右。
