常减压装置减压深拔探讨

摘    要:对中国石化金陵石化公司的800万t/a常减压装置减压深拔进行了影响因素、优化措施等方面的分析,结果表明,通过减压深拔,装置的渣油500℃馏出由原来的5.5%逐步降到4.0%-4.5%,装置总拔提高0.91%以上,减压深拔为装置带来较好的效益.

Abstract:The effect factors of deep cut of 8,000,000t/a crude oil distillation unit in Jinling Petrochemical Company were analyzed, and the improvement was proposed. The results showed that by way of deep cutting,the cut fraction of residual oil reduced from 5.5% to 4.0% -4.5%, the total deep cut increased more than 0. 91% and it brought many benefits to the crude oil distillation.
