磨料流机床液压系统研究

摘    要:详细分析了磨料流机床的液压传动系统应满足的功能及在运动过程中所遇到的问题,并提出了利用液压补油箱进行补油,从而实现可加工任意尺寸工件的双向磨料流机床的液压传动系统。此液压系统能够消除磨料流机床在加工过程中由于磨料本身的压缩及液压油泄漏而产生的爬行和振动现象,并且此系统成本低,设计简单。

Abstract:The article introduced the functions of the hydraulic system of an abrasive flow machine and analyzed the problem in the hydraulic system.A new design of hydraulic system in the abrasive flow machine,to which an oil supplement tank was applied,was referred.The hydraulic system could manufacture oversize work-piece and achieve the two-way abrasive flow.Furthermore,the hydraulic system could eliminate hydraulic crawling and vibration that was caused by abrasive compress and oil leakage in the process of manufacturing,with low cost and simple structure.
