容栅式机床标尺若干误差的实测与建模

本文采用理论分析与实验研究相结合的方法,探索容栅式机床标尺的若干误差问题。基于实测数据,分别采用线性、非线性拟合方法以及时间序列分析方法,建立容栅机床标尺误差的静态数学模型,确定其变化规律,初步分析其产生原因,为制造工艺的改进和误差修正提供可靠的理论依据。

The Error Test and Module Building of Capacitance Scale Used in Machine Tools

In this paper, errors of capacitance scale are researched using both the theoretical analysis and practical testing by the authors. The statistical arithmetical module of scale errors and the defining of error variational regularity are achived using the tested data by means of linearity and non- linearity regression method. The scale manufacturing process improvement and errors correct are then possible on the researched result.
