电沉积工艺对锌镍合金镀层镍含量的影响

摘    要:实验分析了锌镍合金电沉积过程中温度、导电盐、添加剂量和pH值等工艺参数对镀层镍含量的影响。着重考察了pH值与添加剂之间的相互作用及其匹配关系对镀层镍含量的影响。发现pH值在有无添加剂时对镀层镍含量的影响规律不同,并试用极化曲线分析其原因。

Abstract:The influences of various parameters on the nickel content in the electrodeposited zinc nickel alloy coatings have been determined and analyzed with experiments, such as bath temperature, conductive salt, additive dosage and electrolyte PH etc....The effect of variations and the interaction between the electrolyte pH and additive on nickel content of Zn-Ni alloy coatings are observed especially. It has been found also that the effect of electrolyte PH on nickel content of Zn-Ni alloy coatings varies in the presence and absence of additives, and the causes are then analyzed with cathodic polarization curves.
