灯泡贯流机组径向导轴承烧瓦事故分析与处理

摘    要:下福电厂2#机组在初期运行过程中,先后发生了两次发电机径向导轴承烧瓦事故,主要原因是低转速运行造成油膜无法正常建立,油液中含有杂质颗粒,轴瓦间隙配合不合理等.针对性地采取了一系列措施:保证高压顶起系统正常工作,杜绝机组低转速运行时间过长,保证油质,选取合理的轴瓦间隙,保证工作面光洁度,完善瓦温预警系统等.成功地处理了烧瓦问题,现机组已安全连续运行近9个月,运行情况良好.

Abstract:Radial guide bearing bush-burnt fault took place twice in No.2 unit of Xia-fu hydro-power plant during initial operation period.The main reasons are the failure to build up oil-film at low speed,the impurity of the oil,unreasonable bush clearance etc.The bush-burnt fault has been eliminated successfully by taking a series of measures including guaranteeing normal function of high-pressure jacking system,avoiding long period operation at low speed,improving oil quality and bearing bush clearance etc.The unit has operated continuously about 9 months.
