故障树分析法在门式起重机维修中的应用

摘    要:介绍了故障树分析方法(FTA)及其优缺点,并将其应用于门式起重机的故障分析中,通过定性与定量分析找出了系统的薄弱环节为减速器。当设备运行1000 h时,门式起重机故障发生的概率为0.12。实践证明,将故障树分析法应用于门式起重机故障诊断中是非常有效的。所得结论对门式起重机的设计、生产、使用和维护都具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The fault tree analysis(FTA) method and its characteristic were introduced in this paper.The failure of the gantry crane was served as an example of dynamic fault tree analysis,the weak point of gantry crane identified through qualitative and quantitative analysis was reducer,the occurrence probability of gantry crane failure was 0.12 within the operation of 1000 h.The results show that it is feasible to apply the fault tree analysis method to the gantry crane reliability analysis,and the gained conclusions have important references for gantry crane design,manufacture,employment and maintenance.
