| 摘 要： | 总结多年来水库大坝安全监测自动化系统建设的经验，研究以建立初期运行的方法解决大坝安全监测自动化系统长期稳定运行的问题。提出初期运行的界定范围和在系统建设中的应用情况。认为明确和建立初期运行机制是全面提升系统建设和应用效能的可行途径。

| Abstract: | Based on years' experiences in dam safety monitoring automation construction,the problem of long-term stability of the dam safety monitoring automation system is solved by establishing the mechanism of initial operation.The initial operation is defined and its application to the system construction is introduced.The definition and establishment of the initial operation mechanism is a viable approach to the overall improvement of the automation system construction and its application. |
