| 摘 要： | 就江苏省广播电视厅提出的大系统指标测试标准提出了质疑，并以 ＧＢＨ１４２３６－９３确认的系统指标相加法则为依据对扬州台四个环节构成的大系统指标进行了分解和重组，设计了播控中心各环节的技术指标。

| Abstract: | This paper present a challenge about large system testing guideline standard suggested by BCTV agency of JiangSu province and based on the system guideline adding rule established by GB/T14236-93, analysizing and reassembling the system guideline whichis combined by four section designing the technical guideline of each section of broadcast control centre. |
